Beautiful historical accommodation with marvellous setting near Royal Crescent, home of the stunningly famous Cheddar Gorge and a taxi back up the big hill home-about 5 pound. Smooth check-in, large and functional room with tea and large bathroom.

The location of the property was excellent and unbeatable as we were not far from a hill with an 11 % incline down to the town, the Assembly Rooms, the Circus and the Royal Crescent and Park and restaurant, good breakfast and evening light meals. Double room included coffee, free wireless internet access, and a safe box.

The accommodation had a central location quick to walk down into the centre. And it was also so close to shops, restaurants, thermal spa, Roman baths and the Ivy. The king room was tastefully decorated and brand-new with spacious bathroom.
